Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return according to our return policy.

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Personal Care Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Request Timeframe

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, damaged-by-customer or hygiene-sensitive personal care items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
